Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using ToADHD (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. We reserve the right to update these Terms; we will notify you by email for material changes.

2. What ToADHD is — and is not

ToADHD is a productivity tool. It is not a medical device, a therapy service, or a substitute for professional mental-health care. It does not diagnose, treat, or manage any medical condition, including ADHD. If you have concerns about your health, please consult a qualified professional.

3. Your account

• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
• You may not share your account or create accounts for others without their consent.
• You may not create multiple accounts to circumvent the free-tier limit.

5. Payments and refunds

Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, the Merchant of Record. All billing disputes, VAT/tax questions, and payment issues should be directed to Lemon Squeezy support. We offer a 7-day refund on Pro subscriptions if you email us at hello@toadhd.me within 7 days of your first charge, no questions asked.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to violate others' rights.
• Submit task text that contains personal data of third parties without their consent.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the API endpoints.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.
• Impersonate any person or entity.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules without prior notice.

7. Your content

Task text and other content you submit ("Your Content") belongs to you. You grant us a limited licence to store and process Your Content solely to provide the Service. We do not claim ownership over Your Content and will not use it for training AI models or advertising.

8. AI-generated content

Step breakdowns are generated by Google Gemini. AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, or unhelpful. We make no guarantee about the quality or correctness of generated steps. You are responsible for reviewing and deciding whether to follow them.

9. Service availability

We aim for high availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service is provided "as is." We may change, pause, or discontinue features at any time. If we discontinue the Service entirely, we will give at least 30 days' notice and pro-rate refunds for unused paid time.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ToADHD is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes that cannot be resolved informally shall be submitted to the competent courts of Morocco.
